FAQ

Is early check-in/ late check-out possible?

Availability depends on prior reservations and the cleaning schedule. Please always contact the front desk staff for such requests, and we’ll accommodate where we can.

What is the price for one night?

Daily rates change depending on market and demand. Our best and most up to date rates are always listed on the Shiki Properties website. They are subject to alteration at any time in line with demand.

Can you provide receipts?

Receipts can be provided for your stay. If the reservation was made through a third-party site such as Booking.com or Airbnb, receipts are to be obtained directly from the booking site.

Are there any extra discounts for longer term stays?

Discounted rate plans are available for longer stays. Weekly and monthly discounts will be viewable on the Shiki Properties website once requested dates and properties have been selected.

Can I request extra amenities and refills?

Amenities are provided at check-in, and we take care to ensure they are sufficient. If consumable items such as tissues and toilet paper are exhausted during your stay, guests can purchase the items independently. If an item listed as an amenity on our website is missing from the property, please let us know, and we will do our best to rectify the issue.
