Our Response to COVID-19

Health, Safety and Hygiene

We pride ourselves on having the highest safety standards for both our guests and our team.
Our properties are cleaned using commercial grade disinfectants and our cleaners have been thoroughly trained in line with COVID-19 standards.

Our cleaners wear masks and gloves. We are using rental linen and towels, which are always disinfected by a professional linen cleaning company. During physical check in, we take all precautions recommended by Japanese authorities (mask, disinfectant, physical distancing).
